St Augustine Residence

Situated on a compact site where the only option was to extend upward, this home in a protected historic neighborhood was transformed when a family needed more space to grow and stay in place. The home was transformed (on the interior) by nearly doubling the total square footage to 3,000 SF. The exterior received a 2nd story addition that respected the historic district regulations.
