east lake addition
Originally a 1,600 sf one-story home, this renovation and addition increased the square footage to 3,100 sf and added a 2-car garage. The design sought to keep the exterior walls and original footprint of the existing structure while adding a second story and more prominent street presence. The garage was oriented toward the rear so as not to be prominent from the street.
